In general, anything that is a remix of an original song (piano remix, acoustic version, EDM remix style, etc.) doesn’t perform as well as an original song for the most part.
Because of this, we typically recommend artists do a lower playlist package for it so that it still gets a good exposure, but they are not dumping their whole budget into it.
Spotify Bronze, Silver, or Gold are what we typically recommend in these cases (Spotify Silver is the most common choice for these kind of remixes).
