Because Spotify is a global platform, you will find that the majority of listeners on your music are not in your country.
This is simply because the number of Spotify users in the world outside of your country is mathematically greater than the number of listeners in your country.
The only way to organically and ethically do geo-targeted growth on Spotify is through advertising.
With that said, while we can accommodate to this upon request for our song campaigns where we do advertising in addition to playlist marketing, we don't recommend doing geo-targeted/geo-specific advertising because marketing only to a specific country is really expensive and typically doesn't yield as profitable or impactful of an outcome compared to marketing globally.
