If you ever get featured by Spotify editorial playlists, feature those playlists in your artist playlist section at least for the duration of you being in the list. This sends gratitude and also increases your chances of converting algorithmically with the artists on the lists from what we've seen, which Spotify likes and seems to incentivize them to feature you in more future editorial playlists.
Factors that should not be involved in the decision making process as to which playlists to feature in your artist playlist section include 1) playlist followers and 2) any details that make the playlist feel more appealing to your personal taste, as these will not help you trigger the algorithm as effectively as the directions mentioned above.
