They choose the order in terms of which we think is most specific to add, then less specific for more if applicable. Since most of our campaigns are sub-genre targeted and pretty specifically targeted, you should probably be fine and benefitted adding any to your profile that match your personal taste.
Feel free to use your own discernment with which playlists you choose to feature in your artist playlist section. As long as the artists on the specific playlist are similar to you, and the playlist is getting you good streams (because you are on the playlist and the playlist is well engaged), then featuring these in your artist playlist section should help increase your chances of triggering the algorithm.
