The vulnerability of hiring a marketing/promo company is that you’re hiring us for our efforts, not necessarily the results. To put it bluntly, we can’t help it if curators don’t like your music or don’t add it.
However, we do have years of experience and discernment, and we only promote clients that we have a strong feeling we can serve well.
All purchases for Spotify and YouTube promos are non-refundable and non-transferable with one exception: if your promo does not get any placements (which we’ve never had happen with any client we’ve promoted in 3+ years of business), we’ll issue a complete refund.
